This would be the largest investment in application equipment in our cooperatives history in order to better serve our customers. The cooperative added 2 John Deere Row crop machines this past year and was so impressed with its abilities to do a professional job for our customers that we purchased 5 more machines in January 2013. The machines that are being delivered are best in the industry with 120’ aluminum booms and the best technology to reduce errors and insure precision accuracy for our customers.
These 7 machines represent over 2 million dollars in custom application investment in our business. With the expansion of our spraying fleet we have had to expand the number of personnel to operate and deliver chemical product to the machines. According to Greg France the Agronomy Division Manager at Panhandle Coop “The Panhandle Cooperative row crop custom application fleet and operators are the best in the region hands down. We continue moving forward with our growth strategy in bringing customers the best service possible!”
